SIPP Key Features Document - This contains important information. You should read it before applying for a SIPP, and you should retain it for future reference.

SIPP Transfer Form - We require one form for each plan to be transferred to Wensley Mackay SIPP
You should seek Independent Financial Advice to make sure a transfer is suitable for your circumstances
SIPP Property Purchase Questionnaire - Use this form to give us details of the property you are planning to purchase with your SIPP.
SIPP Expression of Wish form - Use this form to give us details of who you would like benefits to be paid to in the event of your death. This can be used for new applications or changes to existing SIPPs.
SIPP Dealing Form - Use this form to give us details of any deals you wish to be executed on existing SIPPs. This form allows you to type in your details, and then print & sign it. We need an original signature in order for deal to be actioned.
SSAS Company Information Form - Use this form to give us information about the company which will be establishing the SSAS. This form is for Limited Companies and PLCs only.
SSAS Partnership Information Form - Use this form to give us information about the partnership which will be establishing the SSAS. This form is for partnerships only.
SSAS Member Information Form - Use this form to give us information about a member of the SSAS. We require one completed form for each member.

SSAS Loan Form - Use this form to tell us about any borrowing the trustees wish to arrange for the SSAS. Please note there are restrictions on the amount of borrowing and the terms on which a loan can be taken out.
SSAS Dealing Form - Use this form to give us details of any deals you wish to be executed on your existing SSAS. This form allows you to type in your details, and then print & sign it. We need an original signatures from ALL Member Trustees in order for deal to be actioned.
